We were kept informed of the progress; were notified when arrival expected; and Jerod troubled shoot the issues before just jumping to the most expensive repair. Jerod Lee was the lead tech on our job and he and Chris replaced the actual pump. We will be sure to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for other needs in the future as well as referrals to our friends."
