Jared was very personable, professional and efficient. I really appreciated the response from Ben Franklin plumbing and the work Jared did for us.

I had a cast iron tub that I needed help to remove in the middle of my process to renovate my bathroom. Jerod was able to come out the next day with Scott and remove it fast and efficiently. He helped walk me through next steps for all of my Options to complete my renovation.

Chris repaired a pressure valve that was “gunked up” with sediments from the water. He also flushed the system and made sure our boiler was working efficiently before he left. Very reasonable charges for this service. Ben Franklin Plumbing always comes through for us whether we have an emergency or service work!!

Jerod Lee was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came up with solutions that I never thought of. I will definitely request Jerod and will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Ended up it was only a bad water line from the water heater. Ended up replacing. The water line and every checked out good. Saved me the cost of a water heater. Very honest people.

I requested a plumber and had one within a week that was knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He assessed the damage, educated me, asked if the price was acceptable, and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you to one of the best companies I have dealt with. They get a 4.5 rating only because there is always room for improvement

Tyler was absolutely wonderful! We were on a waiting list with several companies.. 2 companies made arrangements to come over and we never heard from them again! Tyler called to say he was in the area and he came over immediately! He accessed the problem.. removed the old hot water heater and within a half an hour went and got the replacement we needed and began installation! He is one terrific guy and very knowledgeable.. set our minds at ease instantly! Other folks may have been influenced by his youthful look.. but believe me, we would welcome him in our home anytime! He was very polite and professional! Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for sending Tyler to help us! People speak of 'high' prices.. well we are not as young as we used to be..and we were grateful for this company's assistance! With all the various disruptions all throughout our area because of our recent cold spell ... we were beyond grateful for the prompt service!
