He did a phenomenal job tinkering with his quote to hit our target budget while still providing ample room to get quality bathroom hardware (faucets, tile flooring, countertops, etc). His focus on accomplishing a quality job shines through - he even went so far as to point out an error he made after everything was completed: a closet door opened to the left and blocked the light switch for the closet - the switch should've been on the right side for easy access. It would've been so easy to just pretend it was fine and the annoyance would be ours to deal with - but no, Jake fixed the issue (door opens to the right now) at no extra cost to us. Simply phenomenal. His contractors were also polite and professional. And when the contractors damaged some of our personal items, Jake ensured those items were fixed or replaced.
