"My hot water tank stopped working on a Friday night and I was expecting guests. I called them and they came out on a Saturday morning to install a new hot water tank. Josh and Dusten came to do the work and I was very pleased with them. They originally came Friday night and determined it couldn't be repaired. When they came back Saturday, they had the correct tank and everything they needed to replace it. I have used them before for air conditioning service and was pleased with their service then, too."

"“I had a bad sump pump. They were to my house within a hour of calling them. It was very difficult getting the old pump out and they worked very hard. "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."

The replenishment rate can be slowed by issues such as leaks, damage, a faulty well pump, or a clogged well screen. Other factors, such as the surrounding geology, regular precipitation, and proper maintenance, also affect the recovery rate.
