"Uur  home warranty service ,Homesure dispatched them.  They called ahead which I appreciated.  Two guys came and put in new disposal to replace 23 year old one that was leaking.  They also fixed a leaky faucet and a shut-off valve. Good service! We paid the $75 co-pay

"“I had a bad sump pump. They were to my house within a hour of calling them. It was very difficult getting the old pump out and they worked very hard. "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."

If your leach field becomes clogged or saturated, it can cause several problems with your home's septic system. The exact height can vary depending on local regulations and personal preferences, but a common guideline is to have the riser's top flush with or no more than a few inches above the surrounding ground. This height allows for easy access to the septic tank without creating a tripping hazard or obstructing mowing and landscaping activities. Most home wells start at 100 feet, and many go as deep as 200 or 300 feet.
