"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"Very good. Performed repairs and remodeling in a timely manner. When we had questions, they were answered thoroughly. Recommended many different suppliers, not just one."

"I highly recommend this contractor! The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship exceeded my expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do! I would definitely use them again!"

"This was a very good crew. They were polite, dependable and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company."

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"The entire process was a breeze. Everyone in the office is super helpful and quick to get things taken care of. The consultant and installers were very professional and respectful. The install was super quick and I couldn’t be any happier with how my new shower turned out!"
