"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"Very good. Performed repairs and remodeling in a timely manner. When we had questions, they were answered thoroughly. Recommended many different suppliers, not just one."

"Before I found this company I was having a hard time finding a contractor to following through on the project. Then I saw a Angi commercial. A miracle happen. I found Southern Custom Homes & Renovations. I asked them to remodel my VA bathroom approved remodel. Before the remodel began, the project was checked twice before starting. We had to work within a budget. It was easy to talk back and forth about changes and what I needed to meet the needs of my VA contract and my extra personal budget. It was a pleasure hiring this company to do my ADA bathroom remodel. I would definitely hired them again,"

"I highly recommend this contractor! The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship exceeded my expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do! I would definitely use them again!"

"It went amazing, they did it in a timely manner and it looks beautiful."

"This was a very good crew. They were polite, dependable and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company."

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."
