"It was a large project - substantial make overs for 2 main baths and a near total for a third. As might be expected, there were a few "twist and turns" as the project went along, but that was no surprise and all developments were addressed meeting or exceeding our expectations. Our desinger (including the initial process) was exceptional to the very end. The project Manager was very accomodating and flexible. The installer did great work and was a pleasure to work with. Our pets even watched for him to show up each day. It was really nice having one person assigned exclusively to our project.
