This company was so responsive and empathetic to my dilemma. It was 2 evenings before Xmas Eve that the problem occurred. The next day was a Saturday on top of that. I made several calls to businesses I found in the phone book but no one could commit to fixing it that day. I was unable to get out of the garage and, of course, had plans for travel on Xmas Eve. I got on Angi's list and within an hour I heard from Turtle Tuff and they said they could come out in the next hour and if they couldn't fix it that day they would at least get my car out of the garage. They worked very neatly and efficiently. Thankfully they had the part on their truck and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. If I have any future garage door problems, I'm calling Turtle Tuff.

The spring broke on our garage door, they offered to come out the same night. The price was also very reasonable. From the first contact to the finished job, the communication was great, and the job was professional. We could not have asked for anything more.

Another great experience with Turtle Tuff. The other spring in our garage door broke and needed replaced. Totally my fault, as it is recommended to replace both when one is replaced. The original tech may have recommended we do so, but I honestly donâ t remember. However, when I did call for the repair/replacement they were there right away. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the price was sooo reasonable, especially considering it was late afternoon and getting dark already and snowing. No hidden or other miscellaneous fees which was also greatly appreciated. Hopefully no more garage door issues for awhile now, but we will definitely be calling them for future needs and wholeheartedly recommend Turtle Tuff based on our TWO great experiences.

If I could give Gerald, Al & Cal 50 stars, I would. I submitted my inquiry late Monday night, was given all details up front, got measured Tuesday morning, and chose Friday night for installation. I have a brand new perfect garage door for the first time ever, and it took less than 2 hours from start to finish! Al & Cal were incredible...I couldn't have chosen a better team! Very quick with a response to my request for help with my garage door. One of the springs broke and a couple of rollers were worn out causing tension on the door opener/chain/spring assembly. Julio looked at it and diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a quote to fix it the same day. He also called the office to confirm price/estimate with Gerald and explained payment options clearly. I called Gerald at the completion of the job to pay and was very satisfied with the overall experience with Turtle Tuff.
