The worst company I have ever hired, poor workmanship, poor service, pricing is ridiculous. I put a review on their true rating site that’s 1.8 Look for it under Don R, it would not allow me to upload pictures, tried several times, but if I could it would be a picture says a thousand words.

I would suggest if you use Jericho that you get other bids. They sell their services and products as being exceptional to justify their higher price. Their work is average at best. They installed new shower and closed walls up after they left I turned on the shower and it didnt work. They had to come back out and open the wall again to fix the shower. After they left we turned on the shower and the drain didnt work. They had to come back and remove material from the drain that came from the demo. the quality of the products used is questionable. we had cabinet doors warped and split and we are still waiting for replacements. They have been responsive to fix their errors but according to their sales hype they do quality work with quality product. That did not happen on our project

First, i have to take responsibility to being HARD SOLD in my kitchen at 8pm with crying kids in hand... after being presented a "save 30% on the project if you sign the deal tonight" offer. so unfortunately, I signed. the project ended up being 30% higher than the next highest professional bid... smh, im dumb. this project was sold as a one day job, however all-in-all it was completed 2 weeks and 4-5 trips and 1/2 days off work to make it work. "my file" was passed between at least 4 different project managers, and in doing so they installed my sink backwards. now, let me clarify, PM Jim was a ROCKSTAR and his boss was a nice guy too when i called to vent. Yes, the PRODUCT is nice now that this mess has passed, but the overall project was WAY overpriced and UNDER DELIVERED. Not only would i not recommend this company to others, i will tell anyone with a home project to take Jericho out of their option list... I wish Jim K nothing but the best.

They've done 2 jobs here. It was maybe $2500 to $3000. The first job was a granite counter top. The questions that I had and the couple little things that I was disappointed in, they made it right. It still looks really good. It's all been positive. They followed right thru.

The people that do the job are good, but the materials they use are inferior, and they don't stand behind it. The flooring was suppose to be a shiny, wood, laminate flooring. I tried to wash it and it looked horrible. When I called them, they said it was my fault and wouldn't stand behind it. I had to take it back and replace it myself.

Their business model was if you sign now you get $2000 off. From now on, if I have something done and they say to sign with them now and get money off I will kick them out of the house. They will either need to give me the best price now or don't bother. I had to learn the hard way.

Terrible. A 10 day job took 10 weeks. In the process of painting, they broke tiles around our bathtub (something not being remodeled), chipped the new sink they installed two days after installation and we ultimately had to replace all of our cabinet doors (not part of the original bid) due to an oversight by the salesman (at my cost!).

The sales person that came to our house was a very typical sales person and definitely not a designer. That worked in our favor, because we had already made choices on what we wanted. The project manager (Michael Gross) and the master installer (Jim Kesterson) were great to work with. Area's around our kitchen were protected, the work area was cleaned everyday. Jim was on time everyday, and kept us informed on his comings and goings. The project took two weeks and Michael came to inspect the work being done at least 5 times. The attention to detail, demonstrated by both Michael and Jim, gave us confidence that the final outcome would be (and is) what we were expecting and paid for.

My father hired Jericho solely based on the fact that they advertised in the church bulletin.  They started work on a Friday afternoon by tearing out the old wall and floor of the shower stall.  They then left for the weekend and did not return until Monday, leaving my father without access to a shower for three days.  They only replaced the liner in the shower stall and did no other work in the small bathroom.  After my father passed, I found the contract with work done by Bryan S.  and a bill for $10,000.  My father also told me that they offered to put the original door back onto the shower for an additional $1,000.
This comapany  preyed on a senior citizen and naive church goer who believed that if its in the church bulletin it must be certified trustworthy.  Even if they don't mark you as easy prey, please don't give them any business.

Great at the beginning. Should have put up a red flag when they wanted a deposit check ASAP. Once paid, it was like I was working with another company. Work was done by subcontractors (Double C company from Blue Springs, MO) even though their ads say they use their own employees. Ex-employee called to warn us that they didn't have a city permit to do work on our home. Project manager stopped by our house at least two times when no work was scheduled when we were not home just to use our restroom (we have it on security camera). They used our $800 Dyson vacuum to clean up Sheetrock and ruined it. Wanted them done and out of our home. Had to hire another company to clean up their messy work. This experience is THE main reason I joined Angie's List so I don't have another experience like this.

They were high. We had to have them back to redo some stuff that we didn't think were the greatest. They didn't do it all right the first time. They were fine.

We've been updating our kitchen as the budget allows and the first item we wanted to tackle was the countertop, knowing that we would be keeping the lower cabinets. The process with Jericho was seamless: I called to find out what/who they were; scheduled an appointment to talk dollars and installation timeframe; went to the granite shop to check out slabs and poof! We were done! It was seriously that easy. I had a pretty specific color/design in mind for the granite, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found it at their shop (the selection was huge).

Their installer came and took the countertop measurements and then we set up a date soon after for the granite installation (we had a family function that was within a couple of months and they were able to accommodate our need for getting it done sooner than later). Our home had settled enough over the years that some leveling was required, but their team handled it without issue. Again, pretty pleased! The demo and install as done in one day. Will be calling again for bathrooms in the futur
