"Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

I explained my expectations and what was a “must have.” The must have was guttering on the outside of the cover with gutter guards. We went outside so he could measure and determine what had to be done. He went over the product as well as the process. He was very thorough and I only had a couple of questions because he had already covered my main questions. We signed a contract the same day. "I ended up needing to contact a plumber on a Sunday prior to a Monday holiday to fix my stopped up kitchen drain. After reading reviews for several companies on Angie's, I decided to try Reddi Services. Fortunately, they were able to send Damion as soon as he was available from a prior job. After meeting him, I felt reassured he would be able to fix the problem without any unneeded add-ons. At the same time, he alerted me to possible complications that could arise with my very old and corroded drain pipes, of which I was aware. After repairing the clog issue, there was a tiny leak that appeared at the connection of where a remaining segment of old pipe led into the verticle drain pipe. He explained three possible ways to approach that repair and the possible risks of each. We agreed on a preferred approach. The final charge was more than just to open the drain, but made good sense for all the work he put in and seemed very reasonable under the circumstances. I would call Reddi and especially Damion again for any future plumbing problems."

I wanted a workroom with: * built-in storage cabinets and desk * space for the washer, dryer, freezer, and sauna. * ample space for my projects JB Construction’s bid was reasonable and fair. Joe is professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He finds and hires quality subcontractors, and I am impressed with the work that was completed on my addition. He is hands-on, was involved in the process, and checked in often as the work progressed. He actually did quite a bit of the work himself. I really appreciated how Joe suggested improvements that I never would have thought of. These included enlarging the space from 280 to 320 sq ft, adding a sun tunnel when the skylight wouldn’t work with the roof line, a built-in cabinet where a window was removed, an exterior electrical outlet, and an overhead light in the corner cupboard. Joe was able to salvage and reuse the old brick on the front of the addition. This, along with the two original windows integrated the addition seamlessly with the rest of the house. It was done so perfectly; neighbors have asked where the addition was built. I’m extremely picky and am thrilled with my new addition. It’s lovely, functional, and my preferred room in my house. Joe has a lot of repeat customer jobs and I can see why. This was a great experience and I’m glad I went with him.
