"Patrick Benigno came out today to give me an estimate for a new patio cover along with removal of the current cover. We went over what I wanted and expected of the new cover. I explained my expectations and what was a “must have.” The must have was guttering on the outside of the cover with gutter guards. We went outside so he could measure and determine what had to be done. He went over the product as well as the process. He was very thorough and I only had a couple of questions because he had already covered my main questions. We signed a contract the same day. "Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

"I ended up needing to contact a plumber on a Sunday prior to a Monday holiday to fix my stopped up kitchen drain. After reading reviews for several companies on Angie's, I decided to try Reddi Services. Fortunately, they were able to send Damion as soon as he was available from a prior job. After meeting him, I felt reassured he would be able to fix the problem without any unneeded add-ons. At the same time, he alerted me to possible complications that could arise with my very old and corroded drain pipes, of which I was aware. After repairing the clog issue, there was a tiny leak that appeared at the connection of where a remaining segment of old pipe led into the verticle drain pipe. He explained three possible ways to approach that repair and the possible risks of each. We agreed on a preferred approach. The final charge was more than just to open the drain, but made good sense for all the work he put in and seemed very reasonable under the circumstances. I would call Reddi and especially Damion again for any future plumbing problems."
