Lomonte Homes Painting & Remodeling

Joey and Logan painted my downstairs family room, finished a storm shelter, and built a deck. They did an excellent job. The dank, dark storm shelter is now a small room, the new paint is a big improvement, and the deck is fabulous. They took great pains with the deck and it is almost now an extension of my sun room. I would definitely hire again!

Awesome! Jake and his crew did an outstanding job. They were pleasant to deal with; arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Couldn't ask for more!

Went very well. Lomonte was flexible and added on several small projects I also needed done. Screened in side porch, fence repairs, screen doors, problem doors and door bell. Staff was very easy to work with and really listened whenever I had a question or comment. I’m very happy with the results.

I sub-contracted this company for a project. Their quality was sub standard and had to be corrected to assure my client was happy. They missed returning to finish the portions of the job they agreed to work on. Then, after I'd fixed their low quality and completed the job, demand full payment and made false claims and threats of liens. Do not trust these guys in your house, they are frauds in the industry and scam artists. BEWARE! The reviews below are fakes from their owners and employees.

Lomonte Homes did an excellent job overall. They performed all the services requested in a very high quality manner and even went above and beyond what I requested. I would recommend them for any exterior or interior painting job and also for other home improvement and maintenance projects.

Fantastic! Lomonte P&R breathed new life into my house with an interior paint job and refinishing my kitchen cabinets! I'm typically a DIY type of guy but after seeing the work they did on my friends house and hearing all of the good things they had to say about Lomonte P&R, I gave them a shot. Best $ I have ever spent! They were very courteous, punctual and responsive. Extremely knowledgeable too. Even took time to offer a few ideas for a DIY project I had going on. Contractors can really be hit or miss. Lomonte P&R is a solid hit. I feel like I can trust them to do what they say they will and perform to my (high) expectations. Trust is a big deal to me. Since they earned it, I am hiring Lomonte P&R back to finish my basement and remodel one of my bathrooms. Finally, a contractor I can rely on!

Couldn't ask for a better company. They made it trouble free, did an outstanding job and got it done fast! I see people leaving negative comments about them requesting a deposit to start the work. Understanding the material cost that it takes to get a job completed I had no problem with this considering, 2 things. 1) They have a high rating here. 2) Also with the BBB Speaks volumes in todays world. They didn't get those ratings taking peoples deposits. If you want great work at a reasonable price give them a call. Just remember you get what you pay for.

Money well spent. Their crew was extremely professional, and cleaned up each day as if they were not even there. Very impressed. Would hire again.

It went perfectly. Foreman Terry and his crew worked efficiently and expertly to get the job done in four days, including removing a window that had not been removed when the previous owners added a room to the house. They removed the window, placed studs, added dry wall, finished and painted the area, so that I can't tell where it was. They do excellent work and they do it in a timely manner. They clean up after they finish and they do it all cheerfully. I will definitely use them again. This is the third time I have used Lomonte Homes.

Justin and Tyler and rest of Dustin’s crew did a good job. This was the second time to hire them and we were pleased. Again, impressed about how well they do cleaning up each day. They also did some minor repairs for us.

Dustin's crew did a thorough job. They power washed the front and deck, replaced wood that need replacing, and refinished both. They also refinished my deck table and chairs. Once they started, they finished is a reasonably timely manner. Their work added years of life to my deck and front rails. They both look great, This is the second time they have done painting for me and I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic! I can't recommend Lomonte enough! We needed pretty much our entire interior as well as our exterior painted in order to put our house up on the market, and from initial contact we were under a tight timeline. We worked out a great time to start and the crew showed up on day 1 at exactly the time they mentioned...overall it took about 2 weeks and each day the crew of 3-4 showed up on time. What impressed me the most was the attitude of the crew and the 2 boss men themselves. All of them were very friendly, had no issues with our dogs remaining in the house (no kennel fees!), and were respectful of both my wife (recovering from cancer treatment) and myself (work from home) while working the interior. They also have a tremendous eye for detail. Some areas that we would not have considered needing touch up or wood work, they saw something that needed to be fixed and took care of it. It is very easy to classify them as perfectionists, which makes it easier as the customer knowing that the job will be done correctly and with quality. I would highly recommend Lomonte for any type of work that they perform!

Very well, my house looks amazing

It went great. We set a date and time, and they showed up on time every day. Removing popcorn is a messy job, but they kept the house as clean as possible, cleaning every day before they left. The finished product is wonderful. I had hated the popcorn for years and finally got it taken care of by professionals. I highly recommend, and in fact I'm planning on having more work done in the spring.

Very well. Work included crown molding detail. Dustin and his crew were professional and flexible with our schedule and plans. My wife and I were very satisfied with their work which was accomplished in a timely manner. They also did a good job of cleaning each day.

I’ve got no complaints with it. I’m going to have to go with a C for quality, because I had to clean up a lot of paint. I would just tell them to do a bit neater job. Watch as far as cleaning paint off your windows, and your concrete and stuff. I guess paint with a little more precision.

When I called Dustin about the deck job, he came the same day, looked at the job and advised me what it would cost me. I told him to go ahead with the work. He power wash the deck, patched all of the needed holes and allowed some drying time. Three days a later he and two other persons came and completely repainted my deck. They removed my deck furniture, repaired some bad boards, and completely painted my deck. They came back a couple of days later and put my furniture back on the deck. I must say at this point I would hire them again in a flash. They do what they say they will, repair the areas that need repairing, and do the job readily. I am much satisfied with their work.
