    Doug was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He showed up about thirty minutes late to our appointment but apologized and explained that he had an unforeseen delay. He quickly got to work, first cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. After that, he set to work shampooing our carpets in the main living areas: living room, dining room, hallway, and three bedrooms. He moved only stuff like chairs and tables and put other small items somewhere off the floor. He was able to clean under our beds without having to move them. The entire visit was just under 4 hours.     Led by a Fast talking BS artist. Keep your eyes open if you choose to deal with them. I was quoted just under 250 for a carpet cleaning in my small home. A hair above market rate, but they seemed reputable and so I agreed. But when the day came, the boss came with the worker. In classic fast talking BS artist fashion, the boss started talking about how we clearly needed to use more powerful chemicals. How for us, he will charge us cheaper. He refused to quote the upcharge until he asked for payment. And the final charge was just under 400$, WELL over market value for a home of my size even with the ad-ons that were pushed into the deal. To be clear, the worker did a great and thorough job. If his boss hadn’t decided to mess with me, I would have given them a fantastic review for the quality of their work and their customer service. I hope the extra hundred bucks was worth it to their company
