Floor installer and floor refinish with 33 years in business. We install hardwood floors, Laminate and Luxury vinyl planks. Demolition of old floor, old ceramic tiles. Rip up carpet and care away. Preparation and self leveling the subfloor. Sanding and finish , stain and coat new and refinish old floors.

He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"This guy is a hack! Please save yourselves the headache a d call me for more extensive reasons. Just know I am taking him to court for his incompetence. Left fire hazards on electrical, could not tape and mud, room wasn’t square, had to hire new contractor because he quit and redo everything. He showed up 26 days for work in 3 months and a only worked 130 hours during that period. Every excuse in the book. The most unprofessional and unethical contractor ever with no skill. He should be ashamed. It’s time for him to retire. Save yourselves the headache and don’t hire him"
