Lapuc Renovations, LLC If you need to renovate your existing home I can do all the renovations, from vynil flooring, replacing light fixtures, fans, toilets, cabinets, windows, doors, trim, and taking care of flood/water and fire repairs. Excellent service Owner operated independent contractor. I am at the site doing the work. Many years of experience on any type of paint. Full 2 coats, I have found many houses where they are applying only one coat, this is not good, and I can show you why. I use anything from Emerald, Superpaint, Solo, ProClasic, Marque or Dynasty. Any of this type of paints is highly recommended. If you prefer your own high-quality brand from Lowes or Benjamin Moore, those are welcome too. Professional help with selecting colors is available too. I have painted over the years, from automobiles, industrial machinery, commercial buildings, and hundreds of residential houses inside and out.

Mr. Lapuc is very knowledgeable in a variety of subjects! He did a very good job on my project. He actually pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed, and didn't charge me extra to fix them! I highly recommend this company!

Cesar did an amazing job on our painting project. He painted our living room, kitchen/dining room, and entryway. He was attentive to detail, neat, and got the job done in a timely manner. Not only is he an excellent painter but he?s also an outstanding person- friendly, courteous, and trustworthy. We would hire him again in a heartbeat! Note: The drop down menu gave me only one option for work done which was drywall repair but ours was a painting project.

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was doing business with Lapuc. Caesar is one of the nicest gentleman I have had the opportunity to hire. He was here on time, communicated exceptionally, the price was very fair, and the work was done perfectly. Although I hired Caesar for drywall repair, his company will be my goto for any home renovation and/or repairs. Thank you very much Caesar for your help and support. Caesar did a good job. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. I did notice, after he left, that he did not power wash or stain the top of the top horizontal fence boards, so I stained them myself with a paint brush. He prefers that his customers pick out and pay for their own stain, so you only pay him for his labor.
