"Aron is extremely competent and knew how to dismantle a stair railing system that was 20 plus years old. Flawlessly!! Great ease and perfection. Unfortunately due an unforeseen problem with the incompetence of a “non-Angie painter”, Aron was not going to be able to reinstall the railing. The painter ruined the staining process …….ascribed the railing. All arrived quickly and were good quality; however, had some damage caused by the shipping company. Contacted Mark Ivan in customer service who immediately shipped an entire new set. Those pads were also slightly damaged. Again Mark shipped a third set. I was astonished and delighted with customer service and quality of the product.
