My experience in photos attached. As you can see in the photo where there is a crack in the baseboard, which I had them replace, that the workman seem to believe was okay as they added the quarter round, which I also paid them to add. One photo shows an obvious gap between the quarter round and the plank. They added baseboards wherein there were big very noticeable gaps in corners that they caulked instead of doing them right the first time. There was damage to the drywall in a bathroom which was acceptable to them because it would be covered by the baseboard. It did not and the painters painted and left the damaged wall. The workman hung a medicine cabinet and left it even though the doors obviously did not close. After replacing the tile in the bathrooms, the was a large amount caulk up the wall. I had to buy pencil trim for them add. They damaged one of the vanities. The photos show the quality of workmanship. I have more photos to back up my review.

I worked with quite a few tradespeople in my past career, and Andrew is simply one of the best I have ever worked with. His communication was great, he was prompt, and he kept our house very clean throughout the job. Most importantly though, we are thrilled with the quality of his work and the finished product! Eric and Alicia are also very easy to work with throughout the bidding, scheduling, and payment process. There was an issue that arose with some new flooring that was put in for a repair, but they went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the issue and make sure we were satisfied. We wanted to update the flooring in our kitchen, dining room, hallway, main bath, living room and stairways. Eric met with us to first determine what we wanted and then helped guide us through final choices. We decided to go with LVP (luxury vinyl plank) for the kitchen, dining area, hallway and main bath. We chose to add oak risers to our stairs and then wrap the step treads with a long wearing Berber carpet. In the living area, we chose a plush frieze carpet. We were able to choose all products from Eric's samples, without leaving our home. The products were ordered and then professionally installed, by experienced craftsmen, who did excellent work. As I observed the installation, I could tell the installers cared about the smallest details, and wanted to do a superb job. This was a large job (in my opinion) and I'm glad I trusted Elite flooring to the task. I'll be calling them for future flooring updates (in other areas of our home), and you should call them too. I can heartily recommend their workmanship.

Eric gave me an estimate for the flooring and gave me some ideas to save money on the floor prep. His estimate was fair and was able to schedule the job in a timely manner. Andrew came and did a great job on the installation and because the flooring had an unusual pattern, stopped, and got my opinion before moving on to complete the job. The results were great and I'm planning on hiring them again soon.

I am very happy with the way my floors look. I cant tell where the original wood floors stop and the newly installed floors start. The end result is seamless as if it was like that the whole time. Great job!

Elite Flooring did a fantastic job from start to finish. Eric was easy to communicate with in securing samples, bids and (most importantly) connecting us with the rest of the team for invoicing/ordering/installing. Elite flooring was great. They were easy to communicate with for the bid and anytime I had a question, I was able to communicate with Eric quickly. If he didn't answer, he would always call back promptly. The day of the install was just as smooth. The installer texted with updates when he would arrive and wasn't there very long. We are very happy with our choice.

This was the third time Iâ ve used Eric and his team to perform work for me.
