"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

"After the last windstorm I had a few shingles blow off. Then after it rained, I had a leak. Contacted Brady at Downunder and he was able to take a look almost immediately. He said the roof could be repaired and did not need to be replaced (like the other guy was trying to get me to do). Brady gave me an extremely low quote and was able to perform the work quickly. Brady even did some corrective work that my last roofer failed to do (i.e. caulk exposed nail heads, seal loose shingles, etc.). After the work was done, I had went up on the roof to install Christmas lights. Looking around, I could see Brady did good work! Will definitely use him again. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. The company owner was a little over anxious in wanting to increase the amount of work they were preforming to get more money for the day. The only real issue was the owner came and went and a limb was dropped on one of my fences, but there was little damage. I would suggest that his employees pick up after themselves, I picked up four water bottles and a big gulp cup scattered around my yard. I recommended this company to my neighbor who also had some work done."
