"I hired James Jim and to install laminate flooring in a kitchen, dining room and foyer. I was very apprehensive about hiring someone to do the job after being a victim of unscrupulous contractors in the past. From the first encounter, I could see that Jim was not one of those. If he said he would call at a certain time, he would call, if he said he would be on the job at a certain time, he was there. There were some unexpected issues that came up with the installation due to the age of the home but he explained what needed to be done and found the solution to make everything work out. My new floor is beautiful. He was meticulous in his work and even went the extra mile to level my old stove. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
