I normally do not write bad reviews, I talk directly to the business. Unfortunately, that hasn't produced good results. Almost 4 years ago, Hague Water Systems contacted me regarding a water softener. I needed to replace my water tank so I purchased both from them. I have been happy with the system and the installer/service technicians until last year. Installer and service technicians anre great! About a year ago I noticed that the hot water tank was leaking and called Hague. I was told that they don't warranty hot water tanks and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it does have a warranty and to contact the installer to replace it. I've gotten all kinds of excuses from Hague "we don't warranty that, we are short installers, that is another dept, etc." Hague hasn't even come to check it out. I'm attaching pictures of the mess I'm dealing with. They say they warranty their products. I still have a defective hot water tan

The system was installed in just days. Installation was just a few hours. We are very pleased with everyone we dealt with at this company

Easy and quick!

The installation was not as efficient, I am still working with them to resolve any issues, I believe in about a week all the issues will be resolved.

The sales guy was very knowledgeable nd polite and punctual.

Although the need to have service performed is important but when coupled with knowledgeable professionals, it can make a huge difference especially when considering options for your project(s). Having a true professional that knows the business minimizes extra steps needed to consult about additional options and saves money.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Barry came out to do the water test for us. He was very nice, respectful and professional. After we made our decision, the plumbers were out the next day to install as promised. I highly recommend Barry and Hague to anyone looking to get a water purification system. We love the way our water feels and taste.

We had the water treatment system installed, just fine, however, when it came time to attach the RO system to the refrigerator they refused to do the work because there wasn't enough profit in it. I am really disappointed in the fulfillment of their part of the contract.

Make sure you get Randy the Plumber to do your install. He did an absolutely beautiful job hooking up the unit....all COPPER. His attention to detail was outstanding and I was extremely satisfied with the job. Please note: If you specify that you dont want certain types of fittings, make sure the installer is aware.....not sure the salesman knows much about plumbing.

Randy was the installer and Mathew was the person I communicated with to select the system. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. The more I learn about Hague's systems, the happier I am with the choice.
