This company was timely in scheduling the initial inspection, prompt in e-mailing an estimate, and had the lowest estimate out of two we obtained. They showed up as scheduled, worked hard and were very professional. After the work was initially completed, we experienced a small "weeping" problem with the French drain system. They promptly came back out and made adjustments to the slope of the drain at no further cost. Six months, and several very heavy rains later, our basement remains completely dry. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
