"Needed basement/crack repair. We had water coming in the walls and from the floor of our finished basement. This company was timely in scheduling the initial inspection, prompt in e-mailing an estimate, and had the lowest estimate out of two we obtained. They showed up as scheduled, worked hard and were very professional. After the work was initially completed, we experienced a small "weeping" problem with the French drain system. They promptly came back out and made adjustments to the slope of the drain at no further cost. Six months, and several very heavy rains later, our basement remains completely dry. "This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "He was a nice man but I don't think he was much of an expert in waterproofing. He was prompt. I think he was a businessman who purchased the business and didn't know what to do. I just needed someone who knew what he was doing. The deal was not a good deal because he was just coming out to do basic inspection, which other companies can do for free. The whole thing was kind of bogus. When he came out, he first mentioned something about drain tiling. I asked him where he was going to put the drain tiles and  he wouldn't even take another look. He came back again and said he didn't realize it was another level. He said he was going to recommend a french drain. Honestly, it was like a doctor who thought the patient wanted something to walk out of the door with and didn't know what to give him so he just wrote a prescription. It just didn't apply. I'm sure he knows what to do in standard, easy to read situations. I wouldn't recommend him. He told me he had another business which he tried to interest me in."
