"It took awhile for them to contact me but in fairness to them, i purchased right after the major flooding in December and they were very busy.  Once they did contact me though, Jim was very polite and professional on the phone as he explained to me what they would do.  We scheduled an appointment and the service tech (Ted) showed up right on time and got to work right away.  He was very polite as he took the time to explain what he was doing and he was able to finish up the work in about an hour.  We have not had enough rain lately to test the patch but hopefully all will go well.

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "It went perfect. Gary and his crew are our go to contractors for everything. They have done work on our house and landscape many times. I would trust them with everything. My kitchen pipe under the sink rusted out on New Years Eve one time. I called Gary and he was at our house and went to Home Depot just before it closed, for the parts and fixed it that night. Best Contractor ever. Very helpful and knowledgeable."

"He was a nice man but I don't think he was much of an expert in waterproofing. He was prompt. I think he was a businessman who purchased the business and didn't know what to do. I just needed someone who knew what he was doing. The deal was not a good deal because he was just coming out to do basic inspection, which other companies can do for free. The whole thing was kind of bogus. When he came out, he first mentioned something about drain tiling. I asked him where he was going to put the drain tiles and  he wouldn't even take another look. He came back again and said he didn't realize it was another level. He said he was going to recommend a french drain. Honestly, it was like a doctor who thought the patient wanted something to walk out of the door with and didn't know what to give him so he just wrote a prescription. It just didn't apply. I'm sure he knows what to do in standard, easy to read situations. I wouldn't recommend him. He told me he had another business which he tried to interest me in."

Price was reasonable too compared to others. After scheduling, Marcus and Sam came out on time and got started working and finished well ahead of what I was expecting. They were quick and thorough and left the place looking better than it looked before. Sump pump is well positioned and inconspicuous and I am very pleased with how it looks and performs. 10/10 experience"
