"Each time I had a list prepared for the things I needed done.  The service man came each time, I showed  him the list and we went through each item to be done.  He then left to get the necessary parts, etc. to do the job and returned and completed my list each time.  I reimbursed him for the items he had purchased.   I had new smoke alarms installed and the old ones removed, grab bars in each bathroom installed.  One window had a broken sash and this was repaired.  Shower door repaired and shower recaulked.  Toilet recaulked.  Light fixture in bathroom repaired. Wall painted in bathroom.  Gutter screens replaced that had been blown off.  Broken yard light removed from front lawn and new motion light installed on garage.  Electrical outlets in attic brought up to code.
New weather stripping on front door.
I am starting my next list and definitely plan to use this service in 2016.  All work was done professionally, quickly, and to our satisfaction.  I can't say enough about the quality of this company and its owner and employees.

Customers say: Quick response

"Jacob and Cody have been amazing to work with. We originally hired them to repair our stairs and have since contracted with them to install our kitchen tile floor, install electric in our kitchen island and to repair some of our drywall. Their team is very professional, their estimates are accurate and they do quality work. We plan to hire them again when we remodel our bathrooms."

"Curtis and his crew are very dependable and take great pride in their work. Easy to work with and did a wonderful job. They've installed a floating laminate floor in our family room, a tile floor in our kitchen, painting interior and, most recently, a composite deck with a shed underneath. We couldn't be happier with all that they've done to improve our home."

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can close off a fireplace both temporarily and permanently with extremely wide price ranges. Temporary solutions involve fireplace plugs that can be inflated to block air and deflated to open the fireplace, covers, and boards. Permanent methods of shutting off fireplaces usually involve bricking up the fireplace or covering it with drywall. No matter the method, it’s probably best to hire a professional.

Most installations take 1-3 days, depending on system complexity and building size.

No, but they both serve distinct life-saving purposes. Smoke detectors primarily sense the presence of smoke, typically caused by a fire, and emit loud alarms to alert occupants to evacuate. In contrast, carbon monoxide detectors monitor the levels of carbon monoxide gas, an odorless and colorless but deadly substance produced by incomplete combustion of fuels. When CO levels become dangerous, CO detectors sound alarms to warn inhabitants of potential poisoning risks.

You can let a fire burn out in a fireplace as long as you or someone else will stick around to monitor it until it goes completely out. This may take several hours. To prepare, stop adding fuel to the fire well before you’re ready to call it a night. If you’re using the fireplace for warmth, you’ll want to cover up in some blankets as the flame dies down.

A home fire sprinkler system reduces heat, flames, and smoke within seconds. Fire sprinkler systems hide in walls with sprinkler heads running along the piping throughout your home.

When the air surrounding a sprinkler reaches a specific temperature, the heads closest to the fire activate and release anywhere from 10 to 25 gallons of water per minute.
