He came out quickly inspected our roof and said that we had no damage and reassured us that we likely had another 5 years on our roof. We greatly appreciated his honesty! A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"These guys were great! This project took a while to complete because of weather & tedious nature of having to cut each piece to fit but these guys were good. Kenny, I believe was his name, was foreman and he took every step possible make sure it was done correctly. We had some super hot days to be working on a hot roof but they did it! Any concerns we might of had, they took the time to answer questions and make sure we were happy. The roof turned out beautiful and we get a lot of compliments on it. They are a family owned company with their own employees and take pride in their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone."

"Matt was very helpful as we debated between metal and shingle roofs. We decided to go with shingles as we do not expect to stay in the house long enough to make the cost worthwhile. This is unfortunate as metal has many benefits but does not get the credit it deserves when selling.
The crew came early morning and worked into evening to get the job done quickly. They were very polite and respectful of people and property. The property was cleaned after the job done.

Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed.
