Needed several projects done around my home and Jon completed them all with ease. I've used his company several times and he and his team are always on time and provide quality work. I highly recommend them for any home project - large or small.

I would not hire JP Frisch again. The handyman who was sent to my home arrived one hour late. He was friendly and seemed to complete all of the projects without a problem, but after he left, I looked more closely at the painting in the bathrooms and was extremely disappointed. It was extraordinarily sloppy. Some areas were not completely covered. He didn't tape any of the edges, so there was paint on the bathroom tile, on the medicine cabinet, on the towel racks, on the ceiling, and on the door frames. When I complained, the owner never apologized, but agreed to send someone to fix the problem. No one showed up for that appointment. When I contacted the owner, he said that the handyman didn't have my address. We made another appointment and that time, the handyman did show up. It took him more than three hours to fix all of the painting mishaps. Last week, after less than one month, the storm door closer became damaged again. When I hired another handyman to fix the problem (which JP Frisch refused to fix), he explained that the door's closer had broken because it had been installed with extremely short screws, rather than long screws that would keep the closer secure and fixed in place. Thanks a lot, JP Frisch! There's no way I'd hire JP Frisch again. What a terrible experience!

Jon responded to my inquiry timely. The technician, Robert, arrived in time. He diagnosed the issue and started working. While he worked to free the dishwasher, he was careful not to damage the flooring. After the dishwasher was out, he measured the dimension of the area and went to home Depot to obtain ply wood to fit. He came back quickly with the wood fitted in place correctly. The only negative was if he had brought in tools to the home, the job could have been done more quickly. Overall, I am happy with their work and result. Will hire again if we have another home improvement need.

It was done and a professional matter and would hire them again for any project I may have in the future.

My call was returned the same day. Jon came by to look at the job, and he decided to get started on it right away. He did all the prep work and returned two days later to finish the job . Jon is very professional, explained the repair, and cleaned up after the first day so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. He also cleaned up after completing the job. His work exceeded my expectations.

Excellent. Jon is great. Reasonably priced. Provided estimate readily at a last minute request. Performed work within a week of estimate. Responsive. Understands my unique needs in getting my property in shape for sale. Provides helpful suggestions. I’ll be asking for estimates from him and work done under his watch for any needs at the property I have for sale and at my new home.

The only service provider that responded and kept his word on when he would have the work completed and always got back to me in a timely fashion

I will never hire them again

They can do just about everything on my list from fixing broken doors to re wiring the basement lights. Guys show up when they say and work hard.

It was fine. The only project that wasn't excellent was the gate. He repaired it but it only lasted a day. We had to hire someone else who fixed it permanently.

Robert did an EXCELLENT job on all of these jobs, AND he shared handy tips for maintenance and ease of use in my home. AND he gave me extra material for touch ups of nail pops in the future ... he went above and beyond. This is the second home I've used Frisch to help me with and they are always excellent, prompt and professional.

Everything went extremely well. I appreciate the timely response and the work was completed within a day and a half. I have used this company twice now and will continue to in the future.

They did a really, really good job of painting the gable and trim. There was an issue with the invoice, because they didn't initially take off the $235 for the deal I'd purchased. Also, I was still charged for the paint which I had actually purchased myself.

The work is quality and Jon and the crew were prompt and work was done quickly.

I've had them do some work for me and they've always done a good job. They're reasonable. Sometimes the only concern with them I have is their responsiveness changes from time to time but I would continue to use them. I've used them off and on for a couple of years.
