He did not suggest relaying rows of bricks, which would have been much more expensive and was not necessary in his estimation. They grinded and tuckpointed the upper portions of two chimneys and repaired cracks and openings in both crowns. They used a small boon that still extended 25-30 feet high, which allowed them to do the work in one day. They arrived on time, tarped the areas, and cleaned off the roof and patio and yard areas when finished. He took before and after photos as well. Very professional throughout the project."

I was able to call them, and they exceeded my expectations with their attention, and solution to it. Concrete can be temperamental, and it can be easy for things to fall outside the warranty, but companies who care about their customers, like Hoffman, do no look for loopholes, but instead focus the customer satisfaction. I will plan to use them for any future needs, and I have already given out strong recommendations to family and friends. This is a high-quality company."
