The competitor placed the pop up drain 10 feet from the house in a low spot, which created a swamp. Quality did an A+ job fixing the problem. They were timely, professional and UNDER budget. Removing a fence can be rather difficult. The fence posts are likely buried deep in the ground and may even be set in concrete. After removing the fence pickets and rails, allocate plenty of time for removing the fence posts. Depending on the condition and size of a fence, removing one could take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

Removing a concrete slab is challenging and physically demanding. The job becomes even more complex and taxing if the concrete is thicker than 4 inches. You can use a sledgehammer and pry bar to remove the concrete off a patio or sidewalk, creating cracks in the concrete and removing the pieces. If the concrete is a larger area, such as a driveway, hiring a pro with the training and skills to use a jackhammer is often best.

Cracking, spalling, and uneven surfaces often need attention.

Removing fence posts that are set in concrete is something you can't do by hand. You will need an excavator, a strong post-puller, or a jackhammer. If you plan on recycling the concrete base, you may be able to cut the post out with a jackhammer and then set the new post in the existing base. However, it's usually better to remove both the fence post and concrete together. Due to the weight of concrete, you will need a hydraulic removal tool.

Chimney removal often requires at least two people. Removing a chimney stack is a long process because it must be done brick by brick. A full demolition typically takes up to five days, while removing a chimney stack only may take one-half of a day to two days.
