They were able to schedule me quickly and the job is already done. The young man from Mr Electric is very courteous and did a good job.

Two man job to bring power around fireplace, down to unfinished basement and hook it up. No damage was done to walls, etc.

They are fixed. In about 15 minutes. The service man talked for 45 minutes...and charged $230+. He lowered it to $205 when I mentioned I could have used Bart’s in Liberty for$119. Service was good but Pricey!!!

Mark is very professional, courteous and efficient. This is the 2nd time we have used Mark. I requested him for this project because I was pleased with his work the first time. He explains everything very clearly and tells all costs, in writing, up front. This project involved crawling across a very old and dusty attic to replace brittle wires and a new junction box in the kitchen ceiling ... not a fun job. I trusted Mark to do a professional job in an area I can't get to myself. He did a good job!

Work was completed quickly and professionally. There was a mix up on our first appointment and they never showed. Second appointment, they were right on time and very apologetic about the first missed appointment. Pricing was based on the job, not time, and was provided upfront. Would use them again, highly recommend.

He was really good. I just thought he was great. If I need anything electric, I would call him right away. I was only charged half of what could have been. The normal service charge is $70. He is the owner and I thought he was up on the current things. He seems more gung ho because he wants to get established. He was friendly and would talk to you and answer your questions. He went above and beyond. He should be things I didn't know existed, possibilities. He was extremely fair on pricing. He didn't try to overcharge or hustle me. He did a really good job.

Excellent experience. Very professional and reasonable price. Tech diagnosed the problem, fixed it and ran wiring for another outlet. Plan to use Mr. Electric again and will refer to family and friends.

The work and the company were fine. I just wish I hadn't thrown away the $100 and it wasn't deducted from my bill or refunded to me. I'm not sure I will use Angie again. It was a bad deal. That was the first time in my dealings with Angie that has happened.

On the day they were scheduled to come out, Randy showed up and I showed him where the box was, we talked about it for a few minutes then he got right to work, very nice personable. Never shied away from questions while he continued to work. Half way through one of the supervisors stopped by while the inspector was here looking things over. Overall a great company to due business with, i will be adding some circuits to my garage in the near future and i will be using Mr Electric for that job as well as anything else that comes up. Two electricians showed up on time and quickly installed the job. Wouldn't start till we understood what all the charges would be. Second time for me to hire them and I'm calling them right now for another job.

He worked very quickly and efficiently and was very friendly.

Excellent. Mark Plunkett did the work on our home. He was punctual, polite, straight to the point, answered all our questions, did a great job and left no mess. You can't ask for more than that when you are hiring someone to do work for you.

They have always been very consistent with us.

I was disappointed in pricing. I checked Market pricing in KC by licensed electrician afterwards to replace GFCI switch is between Low $100. and High $150. I was charged $208.00 for fifteen minutes of work. So I was disappointed on excess pricing.

Awesome. He was on time and got to work. Did a great job.

Very well. The challenge was fitting the metal case into the wall enclosure of the old heater. It required quite a bit of massaging but the technician did an excellent job and cosmetically his efforts are undetectable. All this extra work took time, of course, and he was also required to account for all this time with a higher bill. Still, in my book it was reasonable and I have plenty of heat now in my computer room.
