I hired Quality Waterproofing to extend a buried downspout/sump pump drain that was poorly placed by a competitor 4 years ago. The competitor placed the pop up drain 10 feet from the house in a low spot, which created a swamp. Quality did an A+ job fixing the problem. They were timely, professional and UNDER budget. Very honest and high quality work. They even did some extra sodding and dirt work at no charge.

We set up a time for them to come out and apply their coating. The technicians Jeremiah and Matt called when they were in route and gave an ETA. They arrived and we went over the project and they got started. The worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. Would hire them again.

Greg was the technician that came. He was professional, courteous, and meticulously neat and careful. He did an excellent job and I feel very confident recommending him and Quality Waterproofing.

We had a little trouble getting the work scheduled that took a couple of calls. The techs that came out to do the work were great. Arrived on time and discussed each step of the process. What was estimated to be a 2 day job took 1 day. Before they left they cleaned the area and explained to me what I had to do and the time it took for the polyfoam and joint sealer to dry.

Nick and Kyle did a great job of getting the problem resolved. While there were limited on how far they could move the concrete slabs without causing additional tripping hazards, they did a great great job of resolving the issue. Multiple time they requested my input on when to stop and explained the issues if they did something different. I was very satisfied with the results and the professionalism of Nick and Kyle. they did a great job of cleaning up when they were completed.

The owner came over after hours and bailed us out. A++ service!

Great! I wanted to wait for multiple rains before writing review and everything has been sealed. The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent work. If I have further issues in cracks later on will for sure be giving them a call.

Quality Waterproofing helped us with our humidity issue in our basement from start to finish. They sent someone out to measure the humidity level in our basement, then we developed a plan of how and where to install the EZ-Breathe system in our home. This was no easy task, since our home is older and access to the outside from our foundation was not easy. Andrew from Quality Waterproofing helped us to determine the best plan was to install the vent from the dehumidifier system through the glass block windows we were about to install. He personally spoke with the window company and delivered the part needed to be built into the glass block window. He also moved up our installation date to work around other basement construction taking place. The installers were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They're not only knowledgeable about their services and products, but also have excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!
