He even saved a square of the old linoleum I requested for my son. "I called because I had a sewer gas smell in the house and wasn't sure from where it was coming.  LJ showed up on time and we were able to determine the smell was coming from one of the toilets.  After pulling the toilet, he found that it had not been installed properly before.  He replaced the wax ring and spacers and re-seated the toilet.  Presto!  The nasty smell is gone!  LJ is courteous and professional, I would definitely use this company again.
