I have had a really great experience with the company. I had a leaking celling & toilet that was fixed in a matter of minutes. I also had them go over to my parent house and take care of their toilet and leaks. Both times they have been an A+++ company. I ill use them in the future and def recommend them to all my friends and associates!

Do not use this company! If you are referred to them through your home warranty, do yourself a favor and insist on someone else. Not only did Absolute Plumbing fail to fix either of the leaks in our home. The technician damaged our new tile floor and vanity and left parts to the toilet strewn across the bathroom floor. I don't usually take the time to leave negative online reviews, but, in this case, it was earned. Very unhappy with the "service" Absolute Plumbing provided.

I was charged $515 for "modifications" made to my water lines and grounding of the water lines on the installation of a water heater. The water heater was replaced under warranty and my Home warranty company paid Absolute for the replacement labor. However, the Home Warranty company and I were told the water heater was taller and bigger around than the one being replaced and therefore the water lines had to be modified. The Home Warranty company won't pay for modifications so I was stuck paying that portion of the bill. The water heater ended up being 1/2" taller and the only work done consisted of replacing two 6" sections of copper pipe into and out of the top of the water heater. There were no "modifications" outside the normal scope of replacing a water heater. The grounding consisted of clamping a 2' piece of copper wire between two water pipes ($25 of material and 5 minutes of labor). The total work took approximately 2 hours. That is basically $250/hr for labor and materials. My bad for being dumb enough to not ask the Home Warranty company to get me a second estimate but Absolute's (Justin's) bad for misleading the warranty company and us as to the extent of the "modifications" and not making it right when I questioned him about it. Never again with this company!

Absolute Plumbing quickly responded to the request for services resulting from a home warranty claim for garbage disposal repair. They were punctual and professional while performing the replacement.

On 2/20/17, they came back out here because my mainline had backed-up again. Joe showed up and remembered being here and that his line broke. He called Justin to ask if he should do it since he broke his line the last time. Joe proceeded to information me that Justin said he couldn't risk his line because it broke the last time and no repairs had been made. He sort of shrugged his shoulders and said I should call Roto Rooter (they are exorbitantly expensive). As a result, I called Justin to discuss because this was all news to me and very different from anything they had communicated to me in the past. I approached the conversation calmly and expressed that I was confused and frustrated. Justin was EXTREMELY rude. He continually talked over me, raised his voice, and wouldn't let me get a word in or my point across. As he continued to talk over me in a very loud voice, I told him that his customer service was horrible and I'd be letting anyone know how asked and hung up on him. I wanted to have a civilized conversation to understand what was going on and Justin was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. If Justin had taken the time to hear me out, not talked over me, not raised his voice at me, and not been dismissive of me, he probably still wouldn't have done the work, but I would not be writing this review. DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE PLUMBING - Terrible customer service, rude, and disrespectful.

Justin let me know the faucet I had purchased wasn't the best, so he didn't charge me an extra fee to come back out & replace it once I purchased the correct faucet. They also did a plumbing check and water heater check. I've used them multiple times and their rate is far better than others, they are honest and do a great job. I'm not sure the price below is accurate due to several jobs combined and like I said he didn't charge me for the second trip.
