Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. "They had very good communication, and the worker was courteous and pleasant. He checked out my fridge and said I had to get a new fan. I called them back to let them know the ice-maker was still not working and they came back out. At that point, I was told the compressor was shot and I needed a new refrigerator. Ultimately, the took back the fan and only charged me only $56 for the diagnostic, and left me with a messy floor. I give everything an A rating except for the mess he left, which was slightly inconvenient in my condition."
