Unfortunately, on occasion, our technician will find a repair or issues that take longer than expected to resolve. When this happens we make every attempt to complete the repair on the same visit, as we hope you would appreciate we would do for your home, but this ultimately pushes back their arrival throughout the day. In these circumstances, we do our best to keep clients notified if the arrival window has been delayed. "[Member Name Removed], We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the results of the insulation work done at your home. We are confident that the insulation added to the foyer and closet above has added thermal R-value to the spaces. However, without a heat source to those locations, the insulation itself will not add heat or warmth to the space. The barrier to the outside, or the shell of the home, works as a continuous layer of protection from the outdoor elements. While we were able to address these 2 specific areas, the follow up recommendations made by Tim were made to suggest the next steps to complete the sealing and insulation to remainder of the shell of the home. This would prevent air infiltration from the outside, and allow the conditioned air to remain in the home where you need it.
