Michael did a great job. He was on time and very polite. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. He hooked up my phone to the thermostat.Before he left he asked if I had any other questions. He represented Air Comfort very well.

Service check and routine maintenance air-conditioning. This went great. Ryan explained what he was doing, was punctual and professional.

Water heater was older than I thought, but Mike was able to replace a part that got it running again, though I have ordered a new one. Thankful he got it working because the new water heater won’t be in for a couple weeks!

It went very well. They were prompt and professional. They gave a quote and honored it with no additional hidden fees and no pressure to buy a bigger unit than we needed or to purchase anything else. They gave us a humidifier too. . They replaced all parts of the furnace and the A/C, not just the unit, including pipes and hoses, unlike other companies. We had to have the city come and inspect it after it was installed, and the inspector said it was a quality installation. Even the termite inspector complimented us on the installation. It is now 92 degrees outside and I am chillin' on the inside. Thank you Air Comfort!

Fantastic company! Price was reasonable. Sales person, Install team and Billing were very professional. The the old system was removed and the new one installed in less than a day. The new HVAC works great!

We had a great experience! The sales rep was great helping us pick a new system and explained everything very well, we didn’t feel they were pushing to sell the expensive units. Installation was great. They finished early and explained how to work everything very well.

The AC unit stopped running and needed repair. I found this company on Angie's list with great rating and service reward, so I reached out to them for service. The technician showed up on time and quickly identified the cause and suggested options, so far so good. But what surprised me was the cost to replace a control board! I had similar jobs done twice in the past (the last one was done within 3 years) on similar units, both of the replacement cost were below $450. He was asking me a whooping $890 for it. I didn't understand why I had to pay double amount this time, but I needed get the AC fixed, so I asked him to go ahead. And it got replaced within a few minutes. Then the technician told me that the refrigerant level was very low and it needed refill. Again the cost is high, about $110 per pound up to 11 pounds. I was planning to replace the whole unit later this year due to the age, so I asked him to fill one pound or two as a temporary solution. He refused to do so and claimed that he is going to leave the system disconnected to prevent it from being used. Now you see, he really didn't leave me many options. I hesitated but eventually decided to continue to pay the premium price, and ended up paying $550 for the refill. You think it is done? Not so fast! Then he claimed that there is a leak and I will pay him $250 to search for the leak. It is an old unit, probably there is some leaking here and there. But I was tired of paying him premium price for many things one after another. I was afraid he might find some "major" issues, so I declined. Still, he tried to talk me into it by saying there is no warranty if the unit freezes back up and damages the new control board or any other components, and blah blah. Again, I was tired of all this, and I ended it there. Overall, the service is good, the price is just too high.

The air conditioner was not cooling. I called Air Comfort Service and the appointment was scheduled for the same day. Service technician was at the house within a couple of hours. After checking the A/C, the technician told me that the unit was leaking refrigerant, the air conditioner was old and needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I was devastated. My husband and I are senior citizens living on a fixed income and unable to afford a major purchase like that. He called his office to inquire what options and senior assistance organizations were available to assist us. When he returned he said he was told to find the source of the leak. He found that it was the coil. The coil was replaced and we are cooling again! Words can not express our gratitude to the company owner, staff and technicians and staff of Air Comfort Services for their care, concern, professional service and for making the repair affordable for us.

The technician, Mike, was on time and did a thorough checkup of our system. He also gave us advice about the age of our AC. Mike was very patient and friendly with our little dog, too. : )

April 18, 2019 Tammy L./Office Staff – Courteous and friendly with calls for initial appointment as well as follow-up reminder and update. Michael L. / Service Pro – Prompt, polite and professional. Timely service and informative with his findings and future projections. Conscientious with observations for repairs outside of service area—and he turned out the basement lights upon leaving. (Most service persons don’t. It was appreciated because I remembered to check—hours later.)

Great, they were to to locate, and solve the problem in just a matter of minutes.

Excellent service, excellent salesman and install crew. Installed complete HVAC system on time and at the price it was bid. Overall outstanding experience.

I called very early in the morning thinking I would leave a message. Much to my surprise the phone was answered by a friendly person. My AC problem was not an emergency, but she said they can still come out that day and would give me a 30 minute heads-up call. I also received an email with a picture of the service professional. Andrew arrived when they said he would. He was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and got right to work. The problem was thankfully minor. I don't know a lot about HVAC and it would be easy to BS a "bad" part, but that is not what happened. Andrew said it was dirty and needed a little Freon. The whole event boiled down to a maintenance call. My HVAC is getting older and we are investigating getting a yearly service contract. These folks just went to the top of my list.

Went fine. Had to order the unit during the week, but were prompt about putting it in on Monday.

Great! Apparently we have a unique configuration and the technician was able to set up our stages correctly and get some nice cold air pumping out the vents without the the system running forever.
