Great Experience. I was concerned about the 22 yr age of our air conditioner able to keep working and wonder if a long wait time to get a product shipped like refrigerators last year, I called for a quote and within a week it was installed and working! Installers worked tirelessly until their work was done, clean and neat!

Our air conditioner failed on the evening of August 11, 2021. We called around 9 PM and got a live person on the phone. He arranged for service early the next day. The weather was very hot. Technician arrived when promised, shortly after 9 AM. He replaced the capacitor and got us up and running shortly thereafter. We have a maintenance agreement, so we have elevated expectations of a service response. However, we appreciate how quickly Fresh Air resolved our problem.

This company was excellent all the way around. The staff member who contacted me was very nice and helpful. They were able to come out the same day (I did not have heat). They sent me a text message with a picture of the technician which I thought was an excellent feature. The technician, Jeff, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again because the work was top quality and the cost was fair and reasonable.

Be very careful dealing with this company! Our initial service call on July 23 was for water collecting near the evaporator coil in the basement but both the A/C unit and blower motor were working at the time. Their technician seemed to struggle with finding the reason for the water and indicated verbally that he believed that cracks in the evaporator water collection pan were causing the problem and that we needed to install a new evaporator coil. Next he installed an over-sized capacitor on the furnace blower which could be a little risky for longer term use. Finally he “checked” the Freon and took advantage of my wife by adding 5 lbs. of $128/ lb. Freon to what evidently was a very bad Freon leak without testing either the evaporator or condenser coils beforehand. On leaving he recommended that we put fan in continuous mode for a week. Total cost $830. Result: System ran for four days. Four days later the A/C unit froze up and quit. A follow up service call yielded a belated, half hearted attempt at testing for a Freon leak. I had to suggest that he look for the most obvious causes of failure like a blower motor. Yes, the blower motor had locked up. Total cost $143. Result: Dead a/c & dead furnace. They were super helpful, they rushed the service. They picked uop the unit at night from the manufacturer. They went out of their way. The replacement units are working well and they were installed properly. I have been trusting their services and they have been working on two of my houses for around 20 years now.

I've used them for more than 20 years now. They politely answer all of my inquiries. I am relatively confident with them that they do not make any unnecessary repairs. They are always punctual, they are very friendly, polite, and professional. they put in booties on their feet and they are very clean.

Did not hire. They were much higher (by 25%) for a lower quality unit. Was able to get a new unit installed by the company that had been around for decades. Mark up was incredible.

Short story is our heat went out on a morning when the temp was minus 6 degrees. They were able to repair the system that day and install a new one later that week. Contrary to Angie's List comments, this business does not repair water heaters. They do a limited amount of installation work.

I had another company diagnose a compressor failure on my 9 year old heat pump. I decided to get a new heat pump. After calling around and getting quotes I went with Fresh Air because they sell name brand products and were very responsive and punctual unlike all other companies I got quotes from. The technician was on time and kept me involved in the install/testing process. It's rare to have a good experience from the service industry, but Fresh Air delivered with no surprises.

Fresh Air was a pleasure to work with. They were very quick to communicate with us about our needs and sent someone out to look at our geothermal unit a few days later. He was able to walk us through what he was doing and helped explain a lot to us. He was very patient and provided a lot of education. Overall, just great to work with. We bought a maintenance package from them too.

Carrier was offering a deal, they were offering a rebate and the electric company was offering a rebate. I have worked with them before, they were here when they said and did a great installation job.
