"Excellent service. For prv LJ and I missed each other's calls at first. But he caught me at 5:30pm one day as he was driving home. He was nearby and stopped by to do the work. He was there until 9:30pm, very friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced ($505) considering the quality of the valve he put in and the lateness of the service call. And he redid the plumbing so the valve was much easier to access. I also had a leaking kitchen faucet and after looking it over he suggested buying a new one then calling him when it arrived. When I got it he was very busy with sump pumps due to heavy rains and flooding, but promised to work me in before he went on vacation. He came at 6pm the night before he was scheduled to leave early the next morning. He was there almost 2 hours. Again very friendly and professional and reasonably priced ($150). He said he had to go home to pack but acted like it was no big deal and was happy he could get to me. LJ went way above and beyond my expectations. He is extremely dedicated and does excellent work. Highly recommend him."
