Dale and Ron were outstanding technicians they installed a natural gas hot water heater, bathroom faucet, and handicapped proof my bathroom/shower. I was coming home from rehab, and needed my shower with handicap rails, they came out promptly installed the handicap rails so I could come home. Then my hot water heater went out again they came over promptly, and then the bathroom faucet went out, a third time they came over. Each time Dale or Ron were so kind, clean, and professional, and answered all my questions, and concerns about natural gas and #Warranty. I would use them and recommend them wholeheartedly.

They were very good. I don't think anyone would've taken the job at all but they did. Very professional, came in on time and finished in a timely manner.

Ginnings plumbing is outstanding on every front. We use them for all our investment properties and personal home. The office staff, plumbers and owner all showed extraordinary care to our recent basement project. They were on schedule with work, flexible with changes to our plans and followed up to see if we were completely satisfied. I can not adequately expressed with words how happy we are with Ginnings Plumbing Services. Obviously we highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Ron and Matt provided excellent service this evening. They gave clear explanations of the work that needed to be done, along with the costs, and completed the work professionally and efficiently. They used a camera to determine the cause of the blockage. I highly recommend this company, and, especially, these two great plumbers.

Showed up on time and did the work in less than an hour. good job but the price was way over what it should have been. 766 dollars to replace a simple faucet that took 45 minutes of work is way out of line,

The office called to let me know when he would be arriving, & called back after job was completed to see how everything went & to make sure I was completely satisfied. Excellent! I thought the $99 Deal was too good to be true. I was wrong. The entire process from the initial contact with the company to the installation of the faucet to a month or so after the work was completed. Everything was great. Thank-you!

On the sides of Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Service vans appear two significant words---Master Plumber---which clearly describes the employees sent to repair a major plumbing disaster. The employees were professional, communicated effectively and efficiently with this consumer, and completed this major project in a timely, efficacious manner. They are now my "go-to" guys for any future plumbing needs. I would recommend them highly.

The guys were very professional and clean. There was no existing sump pump so they had to dig the hole in the basement and run the pipe out the back of the house, etc...all came out very nice. I was working from home and once the jackhammering was done, could barely even tell they were here. Will hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Excellent. His price was half of what the other quote was. It turned out to take longer than expected, what repair doesn't. He agreed on a new price that was more than fair given the time required. I'd hire him back in a minute and encourage others to do the same. Those big name companies tend to quote big time prices. Support this small business owner and you will be very happy you did.

We hired them for the second time to do this project. Dale was excellent as usual and he had various help from Joe, Jacob and I can’t remember the name of the other gentleman. All work was excellent. We will continue to use them!

They are an excellent company!! We have been fighting issues w/shower heads, sink faucets, sudden loss of flow of water, esp hot for over 2 years—and our bathrooms are not that old as we had already done a huge remodel! After 3 plumbing companies, new hot water tank, BPU testing pressure,etc and several trips from Culligan we were at our wits end, almost ready to rip everything out& start again! Then we called Kevin—our life saver! He was immediate, professional, confident he could do the job and they did! Jim did the work & had to make a return trip but solved our problems an I can use my shower again—a lot cheaper than redoing the bathroom!, We HIGHLY recommend this company-they are really great guys!!!

Very well, did a fine job. Explained the valve purpose, etc. Also installed a recommended knife shut off above valve. Dale Ginnings also checked out some other issues we were concerned about.

Its been a while since the service was completed but everything is working perfectly and it was a pleasure working with this company. Service was very quick and quite reasonable.

Great! Friendly and punctual..

I paid the initial deposit, but the plumber never showed up. I called couple of times and they promised to contact back but with no luck. I never got my deposit back. Such a scam!!!

Very happy with the job done. The plumber showed up was very knowledgable, offered some maintenance suggestions and was able to solve my issues despite the complexity of my drain in my older home.

Plumber was knowledgeable and pleasant. I used an Angie list coupon. Since the repair didn't use up all the time I had coming he inspected the rest of the house. Would definitely use again.
