Midwest replaced my 23 year old Lennox home HVAC system with a new, top of the line, high efficiency, Lennox system for a reasonable price. I was impressed with the fast, free, custom tailored, detailed estimate, the ability to have the new system installed within just a couple of days, and the speed and quality of the installation team. The estimator (Tom) arrived just two hours after I called, was very personable, very knowledgeable, and helped me select the right components at the right price (with guidance about unit costs, efficiencies, energy savings, rebates and tax credits) to match my criteria. I liked that he had many years of experience, and he went above and beyond to make sure my new system (which replaced a broken system) was installed before an upcoming cold blast. I received two other estimates, and they did not go near as well, with a generic good, better, and best high priced estimate (without input from me) from one company, and another company selling only units from lower quality manufacturers. The installation team started at 8:30 am, and went right to work. They also had many years of experience, and were ready for my walk-thru at 3:00 pm. They did a great job in a short time. Nice! Overall, I can highly recommend Midwest for home HVAC system installations.

They installed a new high efficiency hvac system for the price of a low efficiency system that 2 other companies had quoted at similar prices. R-mech and Andy’s pipe dream both offered quotes for seer 13-14 systems for approximately $7200. Midwest quoted and installed a seer 17 system plus extra duct work and a chimney flue for approximately $7300. They also included an approximately $460 WiFi control thermostat. They were friendly and on time. They were efficient and took extra time to explain everything. It was a huge purchase so I had a lot of questions. They completed all the financing paperwork for me which I appreciated. I’d recommend them to friends and family.

The water heater was more than 15years old and we had it replaced. Very professional and hauled off old water heater. Shower leak was due to a bad drain seal. Resealed the drain, basement is bone dry.

It could have not gone better. Top notch all the way from my initial contact to the quote to the actual installation. The whole job (furnace, A/C and water heater) was done in about 8 hours by two teams of workers. Frankly I wanted to go a bit on the 'better than average' side for the furnace and a/c and everything I wanted they already provided in the system they installed. The water heater was a side addition (needed one anyway) and they were very competitive in price. Overall installation was excellent quality.

Everything about these folks was first class. Great pricing, great quality of materials and installation. They gave us extra ideas to use and extra fix's that earlier contractors did not implement. I will definitely use these folks for annual maintenance and would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone who needed A/C, Heating, and Plumbing services. Our salesman was James Lambert.

It went well. They completely removed our old system including all duct work, furnace and a/c and installed the new one in 2 days as promised. It looks good and runs great. They had the wrong part for the flue pipe so they installed a substitute and came back the next week and installed the correct material. We had a bit of a snafu when the new breaker they had installed for the a/c turned out to be bad. It did take them a week to get a new one installed, but fortunately our a/c was able to hobble along during that week and the work did get done. Then our compressor needed some adjustment and that was done in a timely manner. Overall, I am pleased with the level of service and responsiveness.
