It went well, I wish I had not had the issues that I had but the service that I received was very good. The employees that were sent were very knowledgeable and explained everything with no hesitation.

We found out that our basement had flooded with sewer water due to a problem with our sewer line. We tried to clean it out to no avail, so we had to call in KC Flow Heroes. KC Flow Heroes was excellent! We put in a request for bids on Angie's list and they called us within minutes to set up a time for an estimate. They were able to come out within a couple days even though it was only a couple days before Christmas. There estimate was significantly lower than the two other companies we got bids from and they had a longer warranty. They were able to schedule our repair for the day after Christmas and it was completed within two days. We would definitely use them again the next time we need a plumber or recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services!
