Our family business was started by my father in 1949 & I worked in it helping my father from a young age taking time out to get my degree in mechanical engineering from K-State. We sell product from only the best manufacturers like Kohler Plumbing Fixtures, York heating & cooling equipment, Honeywell Controls, A.O. Smith Water Heaters, Insinkerator Garbage Disposer & so on. We can remodel your bath or kitchen from start to finish using our own employees to do all of the work or repair your furnace or air conditioner, clean a drain, dig up your sewer & all with our own employees...Not subcontractors...Try us...You'll like us. We do plumbing, heating & air conditioning repairs in homes and businesses & replacement of equipment when it no longer makes sense to repair it. We have a very nice large Kohler Registered Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Showroom near 87th & I-35 with one section devoted entirely to handicap accesibility products for bathrooms. Our own employees do the entire remodeling project from start to finish once you pick out fixtures in our showroom.

Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them.

It went great! Zac obviously knew his stuff and was great. He took the time to explain and go over prices before hand - what the options were, etc. He also took the time to explain what and how the units worked. I am a first time home buyer and this really helped. Thanks again Zac!

Mike does a fantastic job. He toiled away all day and checked, rechecked, and then rechecked all the repairs to be sure there were absolutely no leaks. About the most thorough plumber I have ever used. I found the prices to be very competitive with other bids I'd received. I'm glad we went with Dick Ray plumbing.

Based on photos i sent of the valve they gave me a price over the phone and that was what i paid. It took them an hour and the tech answered some other plumbing questions.

The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again.

Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. We have used this company for almost 10 years now, and their work has always been top-notch. Dan and Zac are the very best technicians with whom we've ever dealt. Besides their most excellent service, I have never dealt with any service related company who has higher standards. Their extreme honesty and work ethic are beyond compare. Every person with whom we've dealt or spoken in the company are friendly, courteous and professional. They are truly the best in the business!!!!

Great! We had a plumber we’d used for years, also through Angie’s List, who had extended family health issues ongoing and was unable to schedule our project. We had a limited timeframe, due to other projects in the bathroom. So we researched the List and contacted Dick Ray Master Plumber. The plumber was able to schedule us when we needed, came on time, and did a great job. We had a question regarding a project on our shower. Felt satisfied with his knowledge and opinion.

I guess ok, not great. I was a little surprise that no vacuum was used to clean furnace. It was wiped with rags and especially since I have had construction going on downstairs for last 6 months and lots of construction dust. They were aware of the construction, so I guess I am really surprised that no vacuum was used?

They take the cover off the furnace and do a visual inspection but not the things they advertise they will do on a tune up.

Very well. Dan was very professional and personable. He did a very thorough job of inspecting my HVAC system and noted that my humidifier was not working. I told him I was aware that it was no longer functioning and that a previous tech with a different company had told me that the full humidifier would have to be replaced due to corrosion. Dan said no. It only needs a few parts and it would be good to go. I was quite thrilled by this and upset at the previous tech (company) for their incorrect diagnosis. I had Dan repair the humidifier and it's working perfectly! He removed some useless wiring that was connected to nothing and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. He also installed a thermostat that I had purchased even though it was not on the work order. I am very happy with going with Dick Ray and the service that Dan provided.

I purchased the $59.00 furnace tune up from Dick Ray Plumbing via Angies List. When the service representative Cody called on the scheduled day of service to provide his arrival time he stated that he would be performing a furnace inspection. When Cody arrived I informed him that I had paid for a furnace tune up not inspection and he very politely informed me that the ad said tune up, but meant inspection. I took him to the furnace and then went to my computer to verify they I had purchased a tune up and not inspection. I printed the Angies List listing and gave it to Cody and informed him that what he was providing was not what I expected to receive. I am a native New Yorker and sometimes I appear more aggressive than I really am and I told Cody this and that I was not trying to be rude or pushy. He was polite and patient throughout the visit and explained everything thoroughly. Our furnace is relatively new and I would not expect to find anything was wrong, but I wished to make sure the furnace was operating correctly and if some tweaking was necessary it would be done. I also mentioned the I assumed that there would be some vacuuming as needed and the whole house humidifier also "tweaked." As I remember it, everything passed "inspection" I have no desire to formally complain or document negative feedback, but I do not feel that I got what I paid for.
