The only person we didn't care for was Keith He only stopped by to look at what was going on. He was a little rude to my wife and Made her feel Like she was second class in her own home. "Sam drove out over an hour, late in the evening, to examine our water heater. He found it to be unusable and immediately drove to Home Depot for a new water heater and regulator. It took him less than an hour to install so we could be comfortable and have hot water again. He left our home late with a long drive home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
