They answered any questions, explained care and cleaning , and when they left you would neverhave known they were there! The bathroom was immaculate. A supervisor from Jacuzzi visited each day which told me the company insures and takes pride in the quality of their product/work. Customers service even followed up at the end of the job. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
