"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Mayo plumbing is amazing! We called John for a leak from our main water line in our basement. He rearranged his schedule to fit us in & didn’t leave until the job was done. "Charged $165 to replace toilet flapper which did NOT fix the problem. Called him to tell him this, but he did not offer to come back. Had to hire another plumbing service who actually fixed the toilet for the same amount of money. So, I completely wasted $165."
