Our front door had been sticking, so he removed the paneling and fixed...also mentioned that we had drywall screws in the hinges so he replaced them with wood screws. We had multiple doors that wouldnt close properly/would stick. He fixed them within minutes. We have a French door that has built in windows with blinds, where the blinds were sticking. He replaced the panel. Had new door hinges and knobs for 3 doors...he replaced them with no problems. Overall Patrick was very nice and did a phenomenal job. After Tim arrived, we headed to Lowe's because I needed to use a Spire rebate card for the materials, which included a relatively nice wooden door, paint, and 2 by 4's for the railing. It was a freezing day and I thought Tim would have trouble getting the work done by the end, but he had no problems. I also couldn't picture how a wooden railing would be sturdy enough attached to my concrete porch in place of the iron railing that had rusted off years ago, but it's incredibly sturdy and stable. I've already asked Tim to return to help with a couple of other items."

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached.
