"Gary, we had to add the hole to the door in order for it to be able to hold a deadbolt. It is called a fresh installation. So it is actually not? just one deadbolt? You paid for a high-security deadbolt along with doing the labor to add the hole to the door in order for it to be able to have a deadbolt. It is very unfortunate that you would choose to slander our good name when it seems like you did not have a clear indication of the work that needed to be done. We hope you would reconsider your words."
