Single mother of 2 kids. Haven't had hot water or a way to cook food in a month due to gas leak. This was my 4th company. The first two didn't deal with gas lines, the 3rd rescheduled the first apt and then never showed up for the second or communicated. Same thing with this "BFAM". Apt was for 11am-3pm, NO SHOW & ZERO communication. I talked to him days ago and explained the whole situation and he said no problem. You kept the apt for what? Wasting ppl time when things are already hard. You could have cancelled it or not taken it at all. So unprofessional don't let him waste YOUR time.

I spoke with a man at BFAM enterprises and we agreed to a 10am appointment today, for him to look at and bid the job. It is now 11:36, and I have not been contacted to advise that he is running late. No call, no text, nothing. I find this very disrespectful of my time and will not do business with a company that is so careless of the job that they just blow it off like this. The first test of a business's reliability is, did they show up on time? BFAM failed from the outset.
