"We had a leak coming in through a side window and found out it had damaged the framing behind the siding. I called Pro Home Exteriors and they were great from start to finish. They removed the old siding, fixed the framing properly, and put up new siding that blends in perfectly with the original. You’d never know anything was replaced. Super impressed with the work. "They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

"Besides the siding, we also had the Windows replaced and the roof replaced. And all of it was done in about a week! When you realize that everything had to be pulled off before the new could go on, that seemed really fast for us. They were also able to schedule some bathroom updates, sinks/countertops & a shower stall with seat, to start and finish the same week. Great coordination and quality work."

"The sales person was very informative. The guys that installed the windows & trim seemed very knowledgeable. I only had a couple complaints about their work. #1-The expandable foam installation was not filling in the spaces around my new windows, and I had to point this out. They went back and corrected this on the windows I saw. #2-My major complaint was the very poor clean-up after completion. The "foam" got on furniture, scraps in my air ducts, exterior caulk on my newly replaced roof. My dad always said to leave a project better than when you found it, including cleaning."

"Our old fence had to have been nearly 2 decades old, made of wood, and decaying. It also covered a wider area up on the side of the hill where our property is which didn't make cutting the grass easy. It was an embarrassing eyesore I hated for years because its sheer size made it impossible to keep up with staining it, and the boards were coming off of it the longer it stayed up. We brought the fence in closer by about 8 feet, so now our side yard is HUGE. We also had a custom double wide gate added for easier access for the riding mower and moving big items, like the sectional, in and out of the house when we someday move. Plus it's vinyl so maintenance will be so much easier. Midtown Home Improvements did an excellent job from start to finish and we will definitely hire them again!"
