On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
